Futures Hyundai is the place to take your Hyundai vehicle for service. Maribel was my advisor and she
was professional throughout the entire process of my car getting diagnosed. She let me know when she would be going to lunch and that she would be getting in contact with me when she returned for any update status. Advisors at other Hyundai dealerships promise they will do this and never do. The customer ends up having to call. Also, they have the best mechanic foreman, Jefte. I have known him for a few years and he has always be honest-> something you don't find at the majority other dealership repair centers. Plus, you don't have to wait 1+ month to make an appointment. I got mine 1 1/2 weeks out. Lastly, just a few walking blocks from the dealership, there is a shopping center(Veranda) and a movie theater, so you are not stuck waiting at the dealership being bored.
Now, on the minus side, I do wish they had tables in their waiting area for people who have laptops. I didn't check if they offered free wifi, but I didn't see any signs posted so I assume no. There is a TV and a machine that offers free coffee and latte's. Be careful though because the lattes come with a lot of sugar! I am waiting for a survey to be sent to me so I can give Kudos to Maribel and Jefte.

As best I could tell, they were efficient, hard-working, honest, communicative, reasonably priced, and flexible.—all too rare qualities in an auto repair shop. I would definitely use them again.

Ross and Hugo and everyone at Left Coast Diesel are who I always recommend anyone with a diesel truck
to go to. I have been taking my 2003 F-250 Powerstroke to them for years. They are more than accommodating (like the time I needed my truck towed to them and someone stayed after hours to receive it). They have always stood behind their work. And they have helped troubleshoot difficulties and come up with cot efficient ways to fix it. I trust them to make sure I’m safe using my truck to haul my horse even as the vehicle ages. They are the best!!
