Excellent communications
No one is ever happy to bring their car to Service in an attempt to diagnose a subtle issue. This was
my first experience with Towne Hyundai and the communications from the Rep and Technician were excellent. I expect that in many cases people can deal well with the aggravation/concern associated with car issues as long as they are kept informed of the delays. Having the Rep contact me to obtain a full idea of the problem (since I had not been the one taking my car into the appointment) was a first in my experience with Hyundai dealers.
