My wife and I were car shopping and saw a Hybrid Tucson at the Clarksville location. This dealer had
a larger inventory than the one nearby. So, we drove the 38 minutes from Reisterstown to see if we could find something we liked. Happy to say that we did. The showroom was very inviting, clean, and pleasant. Al, our salesman, greeted us and discussed the purchase. Al was very informed on all aspects of the car and let us test drive. The car sells itself. We have owned Tucsons in the past but this does not even come close to our 2015 model. The safety features and creature comforts sold us. We haven't had any interactions with the Service Dept yet but if it is as pleasant and efficient as sales & marketing, I think we will be very satisfied.

They went above and beyond, ordered parts ,same day, repaired my car same day on a whim. They weren't expecting me I just walked in and said please help I have a huge problem and they were more than willing to take care of my emergency. I mean they literally went above and beyond would anyone could expect. I will never ever go to anyone else but to RCS. Maybe it was fate that I stumbled upon them and I am very glad that I did. Oil change
I'm so glad that I made an appointment for an oil change. I cutting it real close with mileage time
frame. I two hundred more miles before I had to get the oil change. My vehicle was on racks and I was shown that I had oil dripping and the oil dripped other oil pan because the oil sealant was worn-out. The vehicle was fixed, new oil added, and the vehicle rides and runs a whole lot better. Thanks to the Graham's Auto Team for catching this, if not, the repairs would have been more expensive. Thank you for everything you do!
