My Tesla ended up being declared a total loss by my insurance company, so Old dominion didn’t have a
chance to work on it, however Mikah really put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. He warned me from day one that total loss was a possibility, so it wasn’t a shock when the news came. I was updated on all progress and communication with insurance, and he guided me though the process with utmost kindness and respect. If I was ever in this position again, Old Dominion would be my first call.

Great guys! They were able to get my car in same day for an oil change & tire rotation. They alerted
me to some other issues that would need to be attended to in the near future, which I very much appreciated. They didn't do a "hard sell", just an honest estimation on what will need to get done in the near future. Very affordable, highly recommended.
