Outstanding purchase experience.
We recently purchased a car from Dickson City Hyundai - the experience was truly extraordinary. Carl
os simplified the process and the sales staff made the pick up very special. I've purchased several cars over the years - this was the best team I've ever worked with. Great pricing and great people - highly recommended!

I went in to sell my car and it was a very easy process. I worked with Justin and Allen. Both were ve
ry helpful and very kind through the entire experience. Allen was very informative, stayed in touch and made sure it was a very stress free and quick process when I went in and sold my vehicle. Excellent customer service!!
I would recommend working with Allen if you are looking to buy or sell a car.

A muskrat chewed some of my engine wires and the service department worked around my vacation days to
repair the problems. Some affected wires were overlooked at first, but the service manager, Neil, corrected everything and made it right in a very fair manner. In the end, I’m pleased with their work and the way they handled the situation. I definitely trust their honesty and integrity in fixing my car.

Exceptional Inventory, and Profession Sales and Finance
A few weeks ago, we decided we needed to trade our 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe for a newer model. We drove
to the "Hyundai of the Shoals", and we were greeted by a salesperson named Samantha (Sam). Sam asked us what we might be interested in. We told her we would like to upgrade our Santa Fe to a newer model. The car's exterior looked great, but with our two dogs, the interior felt a little tight, so we had her roll out a Palisade. Of course, we had several questions regarding mileage, serviceability, options, and cost. She was exceptional at answering all our questions. Hyundai did their "due diligence" and came up with a fair price for our trade-in. Cody, their Finance Manager, was our next step, and in the 50+ years I have purchased cars, he was outstanding in presenting our financial obligations. So, if you are looking to purchase a new or used car, your first call should be to Hyundai of the Shoals. A real class act.
