Came in for an inspection and 12V battery replacement on my Ioniq PHEV and couldn't be happier with t
he service. The team did a careful, thorough job: replaced the battery, checked the charging system, and ran a full diagnostic scan, then walked me through every result. They also caught and corrected a battery securing issue from a prior service elsewhere that I hadn't been aware of. Perry, Duncan, Kristopher and Bradley were all knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. They clearly know what they're doing with EVs. I've trusted Withnell with this car for years and they continually set the bar. Definitely worth the drive from Portland or Eugene!

d right to me and got the job done in very reasonable time! I am located between Del Rio and San Antonio and looked at reviews for Hyundai dealerships in both areas. Hyundai of Del Rio had much better reviews and they absolutely lived up to the expectation! The employees were friendly, service was fast and while I am not in the market for a new vehicle, I strolled through the lot and there were many impressive options! I will choose Hyundai of Del Rio again next time! Keep up the great work!
