We were in the area visiting friends when our car broke down. I initially called for battery and pote
ntially towing service. When jumping our car didn't work, Joe from Freedom Automotive, was recommended.
Even though it was after business hours, Joe and his wife (I apologize for forgetting her name) came out to assist. He ended up fixing our car the next day (Sunday) because he knew we had to travel back Monday and most car shops were closed.
Joe is obviously a skilled and talented mechanic however, his passion for helping people in need far outweighs any mechanic skills.
He took the time out of his already busy schedule to help us and for that, we will always be grateful. If only everyone treated each other the way Joe and his wife treated us, the world would be in a far better place.

Costa Auto Repair retired. I’ve not gone to anyone else besides my dealer. A friend recommended Rosem
ont Auto Service. I’ve driven by billions of times since I grew up in Wayne. Well let me tell you, they are wonderful! When I called I was offered next day, which wasn’t convenient, so they offered next day. YES. Drop off is encouraged. I did around 8:15am so I could walk around Bryn Mawr. I pleasantly surprised to be greated with a cheerful good morning how can I help you. I explained what I needed and my concerns. I left to enjoy my walk. I was called at 11:36 am. My car was finished. I had expressed concern for my breaks at drop off, the gentleman explained that everything looked great. He then addressed my concerns everything is fine, it’s not needed right now, but you will need this soon. I asked how much and I said yes. When I picked up my car the bill was itemized and very clear as to all charges- parts/labor. The gentleman taking my payment went over everything as well. The whole experience made the transition easy. I am so happy to find a local auto repair shop. Oh, and I love what they have displayed on their store sign.
