Transmission went pop
I rounded the corner on my way to work when it felt like I was rear-ended, but there was no one there
. I gave the car a little gas, and there was very little "go." Luckily, I was close to work and managed to coast the car in. After some googling, I found Angel's Transmission & Auto Repair, read the reviews, and decided this was the place. I called them, and they walked me through the best- and worst-case scenarios. I had it towed in the next day, got a call later with the bad news, but had my car back just two days after that. It was fast. I spent some time talking to the staff and could really feel their history and passion for what they do. I left confident that my car had been in good hands and that the new transmission would last—it feels like the car has another ten years in it. It's been a few weeks now, it drives smoothly, and they truly lived up to the reviews.
