Joe and his team were awesome. After setting an appointment for my old truck to be dropped off ( whic
h was only a week out ) I dropped it off. They quickly found the problem that I had spent months trying to diagnose and just didn’t have the time or resources to do it myself. It was like a new truck when I got it back! Joe and his team are fantastic! (My truck was with them for a total of only 10 days, including weekends. A different shop I had my truck at sat for 3-4 weeks in town and nothing got done. I highly recommend Joe and his team for their speediness and attention to detail!
I do have to add, their systems for tracking customer information may be a little fuzzy. I gave them my info atleast five times over the phone and spoke to five different people (all of which were great) but other than that, amazing people, super patient and easy to work with, great work, very knowledgeable and friendly. All around not too bad on the communication and would still recommend every time!
