Kia Telluride was no different. Thank you.
I was disappointed after the oil change however. It was my plan to get the oil changed in both my Kia Telluride and my Jeep Gladiator. You tegularly service bith vehicles for me. Unfortunately, the Kids service took longer than normal because there was not a lift free to rotate my tires on the Kia (I purchased the tires from you).
I drove home as quickly as possible in the Kia and returned immediately with my Gladiator. I walked into your waiting room at 4:40 on my watch. No one was at the counter. I waited a couple minutes and walked outdide to try to get the attention of the girl that often is at the vounter. She was on a phone in one of the bays and though she made eye contact, she apparently felt she had to continue the phone call. Meanwhile two other employees were sitting in a back corner talking. There were no cars in work in the bays. After a few minutes one of the two employees in the back corner walked over to where i was standing. I asked him if they could handle an oil change before closing. He said they could not because they accept no more work after 4:45. Thsts certainly understandable but I was there in time if I had not been ignored until it was too late. I intend to come back Friday morning to get the Gladiator oil change completed. I was not happy when I had to drive back home today with the work not attempted. A word of advice… don’t solicit customers comments if you aren’t prepared to hear what they are thinking and feeling.
