RUBBER CITY (RC), yet again, EXCEEDED my every expectation and even my hopes/dreams on every level. M
y 2015 JKU came in with an absolutely enormous new level of nightmares on every level; RC tackled every single obstacle with success. They spent HOURS (at least a full business day over 10 business days) dealing with my extended warranty company getting LITERALLY 90% of the work covered ON A massive $12,500 bill. This go-around nearly EVERY employee had to take part from everyone at the front desk to all the guys in the shop; no joke! If you know Jeeps; you know the challenges but then add 11yr old vehicle combined with my off-roading rock climbing and mud-playing antics then you know I have tested these guys over and over the past 4 years! This job included a nearly rebuilt AC system, radiator/cooling system, just about the entire front end and MY 18 MONTHS OF NO ABS!! Again, if you know Jeep, the JK generation 2005/07- 2017 has a MASSIVE non-recalled ABS failure and there is nearly not a JK on the road without a dashboard of lights because of it!! RC was fully prepared, after much research between all of us, to pull the trigger on a reliable rebuilt module but THEN their OEM/Mopar wholesaler scored my jeep a BRAND NEW ONE! I had so many creaking, cracking, and rough sounding noises along with random pulls, tugs and slips in the steering that now that MY BEAST is fixed it is a BRAND NEW RIG! 4yrs of service between a 2003 and 2015 Wrangler off-roading, rock crawling and mud playing, even brackish water damage from Helene flood, and never not once has Rubber City 1) never been defeated by my rigs and my shenanigans and 2) always delivers 100% in customer and labor services… and in general/overall just GOOD HONEST RELIABLE family and staff!!
