I took my 2016 corolla to Tucker automotive with engine light on, after several times of trying indep
endent mechanics and dealership which overcharged and did not fix the problem over the past year. Here at Tucker automotive they explained the problem after running diagnostics and the next day the car was ready. They are very professional and very reasonable. One of my tires had been losing pressure over the past week so it was no surprise when is saw that th
e tire had a large screw embedded in it. The next morning I took my vehicle to Ron's shop where I was greeted by Mike, told him the problem with the tire and was told "no problem." Later that day I received a call saying that my vehicle was ready to be picked up.
All-in-all, the experience was smooth and no hassle. Having lived in Portola Valley for nearly 25 years, I have to say that this is typical of the service that we have always received at Ron Ramies Automotive.
