Hi, I wanted to tell you that I was very fortunate yesterday when it came time to pick up my car. I
had enough money in the bank, but my bank only allows $1000 a day unless you call them ahead of time and up the maximum allowed.. times allowed me to pay what I could on my car and I went back today to pay the balance who else would’ve done that for me I can’t think of anyone!! Very much appreciate your customer service and helping me out on a tight spot. 💜💜💜

Over 20 years ago I walked into Eastgate Shell for the 1st time. As a female, my question to them was
- “ I’m looking for a place to work on my car where I won’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of and a place I can trust they will do what’s needed - and not more. Is this the
place ?” A man in the waiting area (whom I had not seen) said “Ma’am, if that’s what you’re looking for, this is the place.” And my husband and I have been buying gas and getting work done since then.

When my daughter‘s car broke down and the service center was closed I had to have AAA tow it there an
yway. Everyone was so nice about the unexpected car on their lot and got her all fixed up within 48 hours of opening after a holiday weekend. What a relief it is to find a garage that is not only honest and does good work, but makes you a priority!
