Yes, she is 11, but without Lauren and her staff's intervention she would still be frustrated by three letter words. Their technique combines positive success-based methods (helping make the answers more obvious) with specific enumeration of the many rules of English spelling and pronunciation we all take for granted, Think "i before e" x 100.
