Lotus Emira Purchase and Pickup Experience
After reaching out online, Blake Daquila responded with info about a car coming in available to test drive and details about cost and timing if I would like to special order an Emira. The test drive vehicle was still in its break-in period but I was able to get a good idea of the fit and finish of the car, how I fit in the car, some of the features I did not know about, etc. Blake helped facilitate a deposit for an order and called (sooner than expected) to spec out the my specific Emira. We got the car on order and once it arrived Blake facilitated paperwork online and I was was ready to pickup the car. Blake did a great job of walking me through the car's features and I am super happy with my Emira so far.

Lotus Emira purchase
From our initial interest in the Lotus Emira, to multiple visits to the dealership, to dozens of phone calls and text messages on our Emira order; Michael was there through the entire process. Michael provided wonderful facility tours and showed us actual Emiras in all the available colors and options so that we could make the right purchase decisions. When the vehicle finally arrived, earlier than expected, Michael and his manager prioritized the car through their service department so that it was all prepped and ready before our planned travel. The dealership pickup process was speedy and efficient and Michael spent plenty of time with me on a local drive to make sure that I was comfortable with driving our new Emira before heading home.

2011 Jaguar XKR ball joint and arm replacement
Park Place lifted the car and reviewed the work on the underside of the car with me. The price was competitive with other estimates, and better than most. Parts took a little longer than was expected. An improvement suggestion would be for Park Place to call with updates rather than having customers call in. Overall I'm happy with the work!

We have relied on Park Place to not just sell us many cars over the years, but they do the servicing and have always done excellent work and at a very fair price. Lots less than the OEM Dealers.

Electrical Repair on 1994 Jaguar XJ6
Park Place LTD repaired a major electrical issue on my prized 1994 Jaguar XJ6. There was a battery draw that drained it within 3 to 4 weeks. Park Place meticulously traced the problem, found the issue and repaired it. Their work was professional and efficient. I most definitely recommend them and will bring the Jaguar as well as my CLS550 Mercedes Benz to them for future issues!

Purchased a beautiful 2012 Jaguar XKR-S
First Park Place is a candy store of incredible machinery, Aston Martin, Porsche, Lotus, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Jaguar, and numerous other high end and exotic cars. We purchased a 2012 Jaguar XKR-S in French Racing Blue, with 20,400 miles, in absolute pristine, showroom floor condition.

Our sales rep was David Bruski, he was knowledgeable, easy going, and let the car sell itself. The application for financing was all handled online via the Park Place website. The application was easy, approval was fast, approval and prep of the paperwork was about 60 to 90 minutes. They offered a variety of different extended warranties (if desired) making the purchase decision a no brainer. The car had already been detailed to likely better condition than the day the car left the factory.

We were able to take the car home the same day. What an impressive machine. I have already had more comments on how beautiful the car is than any previous car I have owned. And no one believes it is a 2012 model year.

Park Place also offers in house service. In addition they have a dedicated Auto Salon that offers everything from hand washes, to the ceramic coating our car received, to paint protection film, etc. So, between the sales floor, the service center, the finance office, and the Auto Salon a full service dealer, with stunning cars. Highly, recommended.

Maserati Levante Purchase
Dave Bruski was very knowledgeable about the cars we were considering; Levante, Cayenne, DBX, which was very helpful.
There was no pressure to purchase! So nice! We thought about the car for a couple of days and returned to purchase it after test driving a Cayenne at another dealership.
Most of the paperwork was completed via email. When we arrived to pick up the car, we had to sign a couple of papers regarding our trade and were done! So quick and easy. No games. No up-sales on warranties and stuff we did not need.

Nearly Perfect!
I've been to Park Place many times and each time I get great customer care in service, salon, and sales. the only suggestion would be following up promptly with online inquiries for appointments. My car is always done on time, costs less than other shops, and clean when finished.
