Waste of time
Salesman are rude dont go there to get any service done they will just keep it for 8+ hours and do a shitty job. Speaking on personal experience they took 8 hours to do a horrible wax job on a jeep they left residue all over the car and failed to fix the front windshield when that was the main priority of our appointment. When told this the service department seemed to care less and made us reschedule for a diffrent day. If you come in for a oil change more then likely youll end up waiting 3 hours for them to forget to reset the oil service in your car. I would never come here again if at all possible. By the time they are done wasting your time you probably could have done what ever service you needed done by yourself and for cheaper. Also dont let your kids come here if there isnt a adult around the service men will take advantage of them and make them wait longer and will not hesitate to scream in there face no matter the age or gender. Do not buy from here.

Waste of time

Finance Scam
Do not buy here. The finance team will scam you and never return your call. They also bait and switch with advertisements. Look at the vin on the adds and verify for yourself. They add window warranties that you already have on your insurance. They will sneak all sorts of stuff in and go to a complete contact blackout. If you read other reviews they will same the same thing. Finance will scam you. Renton, Seattle, even Oregon Jeep Dealership’s will return your call. Any other dealership will have similar discounts and can order whatever you want. Avoid them. Don’t be to excited about any particular vehicle. Go to another dealership and have them get what you want.

STAY AWAY
This dealership is the worst dealership on the west coast. The salesmen are very rude, and the high pressure sales techniques are unbelievable. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

My new car had MAJOR problems and I am VERY disappointed in the lack of customer service! It has been over 2 weeks and I still don't have my paperwork. I will buy my next car somewhere else......

service department is a scam
I took my Dodge truck in for oil , fuel , air filter replacement . Also asked for a spare key.
I should have asked Larry the cost of a key before leaving the shop .

Key blank with transmitter was $204.94 !
I was also told I needed front and rear brakes , tires , upper and lower ball joints and an alignment . I took the truck to Les Schwab the following day , gave them the list and asked to call with a quote prior to any work . Mid day Schwab called and told me front brakes were 60% good , rear breakes 40% good , ball joints fine they had repaced them 4/25/11 at the same visit Schwab did an alignment and that was still fine . So I will let everyone I can to stay away from the scammers at Rairdons Monroe. When I have time I will call the Better Business Bureau etc. I bet this never shows up online .

New Truck
One of the best experiences I have had while buying a vehicle. This is the only place my wife and I go any more. We have purchase 5 vehicles from here and we will not go anywhere else.
