Steve always responded promptly and respectfully whenever my husband or I had a problem with any of o
ur cars, he even extended himself to some of our issues many times and I will miss his expertise and decent prices. So sorry he is leaving, but hoping his retirement is everything he hopes it to be.

I’m from NW Ohio, but was in the area staying with grandchildren as their parents were at the Clevela
nd Clinic for a bone marrow transplant. As our vehicle was overdue for an oil change, the Silvercreek guys worked me into the schedule, and provided prompt, friendly service, with which I couldn’t be more pleased! Keep up the great work! ?

They were already overloaded and running behind but still managed to squeeze in my little emergency.
It took a whole day to work it in but because of that I was able to keep the appointments I had already booked for the day after. They did their usual excellent job and called me as soon as my car was ready.

My car was towed there because it broke down and Ralph and his mechanics had it fixed and back to me
the same day. They are amazing, knowledgeable, honest, hard workers, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
