It was my first time going to Oil Depot and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism courte
sy and detailed information that Crystal at the front desk shared with me. I also was extremely impressed by the mechanic. My apologies for not remembering his name although it was an oil change I was able to get additional information for other considerations to improve my overall health.
I definitely felt that this was not a sales pitch or at some locations you feel you’re being taken advantage of this was not at all the case at The Oil Depot!!!

I brought the car in to have the AC fixed.
Also asked to have something else checked out, and I was
expecting to hear "ANOTHER $1000". I was told that I didn't need that service at this time. This was nice, instead of the quick up-sell on parts to pull extra $$.
I really appreciated the honesty.
The total bill was as quoted and the AC is ice cold!

We had a caliper stuck amd smoking on our truck. We called and they were able to get it in quickly. P

hecked the brakes front and rear. He said I could get several thousand more miles before changing. No charge. He then checked out a noise in the rear of my wife's car. Diagnoses; no problems and no charge. This garage is honest, friendly and they have earned my business.
