I’ve had multiple repairs done there, including brakes and rotors, both axles, and even a radiator replacement a few months ago. Every job has been done right the first time.
What really stands out is their honesty, fair pricing, and how quickly they get the work done. They don’t try to upsell you or take advantage of you like some shops do. They explain the problem, fix it properly, and get you back on the road.
I trust them so much that I take all of my vehicles there and won’t go anywhere else. Recently I ran into an issue where the truck needs to be diagnosed at the dealership first. Once the dealership identifies the problem, I’ll be bringing it right back to First Auto to handle the repair. That’s how much confidence I have in their work.

I have priced the same exact work order items when we first moved into this area. I compared these p
rices to the dealership and two other companies. You get better diagnosis, more factual details, and the most important factor is no high costs due to a lie. I found that John was unfortunately absorbing the cost of two tires he replaced but due to extensive paperwork could not get reimbursed, not from me but the company that was paying that cost. I paid him that cost to reward him for his constant help he's given us. He saved us more than $300 one time comparing his costs to a local dealership's estimate. And he's caught that dealerships deliberate "errors" they committed.

Going to this repair shop was intimidating, but I’m glad I went. The mechanics were down to earth hon
est and gave me a good price for my differential replacement & stuck to the quote. They didn’t try to upsell me. He showed me the bad parts & as a woman it’s intimidating going into a shop and thinking you’re going to get ripped off. I will definitely keep going to hills repair shop in the future for my truck needs.
