to confirm the estimate before doing any work. No surprises, just repaired what was needed to be repaired. Vehicle is good to go. Straightforward, efficient, and honest. Would recommend.

Mario has been servicing my cars and even my parents’ cars for decades. I love that I can fully rely
on him and Ramon to tell me their recommendations based on what matters most to me: safety and whether it’s worth it (my vehicles are typically 10+ years old). Some places can and have easily taken advantage of me in terms of what “needs” to get done on my vehicle. Not only that but they also respect other mechanics in the area and have recommended affordable and reliable specialty mechanics for issues that would be better suited for those shops. Kris at GM Elite does an unbelievable job of finding issues with your car! He is not using an AI MODE
L like some of the dealerships that are doing unnecessary repairs. Kris found a hole in my tire that I would never have seen, because it wasn’t on the side. He saved me from a tire blowout, and possibly an accident. He does great work and is fairly priced. I started going to him for regular oil changes and tire rotations, since the people at the “quickly oil change facilities” miss important issues with your car. I will be a lifetime customer of Kris!
