Our family has saved $7000 so far by using West Laurel Garage. My son's 2014 Nissan was diagnosed by
the dealership as needing a new transmission - $4000. We took it to Tommy and his mechanic replaced the drive belt, solving the problem. It cost about $150.00. Then our Subaru needed a new catalytic converter. Subaru Inc. told me it wasn't covered under warranty and would cost over $3000. Tommy told me they were looking at the wrong warranty and suggested I ask again. It turns out it WAS covered under the emissions warranty, and the repair was free at the dealership. Tommy is as honest as they come and uses high quality parts at a reasonable price.

They showed everything in A/V, gave me the state of my car in the next 5 years and made optional recommendations.
I passed without fixing anything.

I have been utilizing BP Lake Ridge for my automotive service needs since 2020. Buick sedan, Lexus ES
350 and Honda Odyssey have been serviced at this location. Mr. Salman has been managing this service center with his staff. I am extremely impressed with his fair and honest communication regarding what service is required and then performing it with professionalism. I wish him and his staff all the best.
