en with a 5 Star rating, not for fixing the problem on my car, but the response by the owner after not being able to correct the problem. After three attempts and several parts being changed out the problem was not resolved. I then received a call from the owner apologizing for their inability to be able to correct it( an electrical issue) and informing me he was returning the entire amount of money that I had spent. This amounted to well over $2,000.00 which included labor and parts. I was not asked to return any of the items installed in my car and the check arrived at my house two days later. I want to state in the past other issues have been resolved regarding my car by them with procession expertise. Needlessly to say I will continue to do business with Titan Automotive in the future and I highly recommend others seek out their services.

Routine oil change except that Taylor showed me a tiny oil leak in in a component. Nothing major righ
t now and he will an eye on during future oil changes.
As usual he checked the tires and checked the fluids (added windshield wash fluid) at no charge.

My jeep’s AC recently stopped blowing cold air. I took it to the dealer. They had it for 3 days. Told
me I needed a new condenser and quoted me $1,800+. I took it to A1. They fixed it the same day for half the price! Amazing!
