Absolute Experts – Exceptional Service for my BMW! I cannot recommend European Performance enough for
any BMW owner. Even though they are clearly a very busy shop, they managed to get my car in quickly and completed the service far faster than I expected. It is rare to find a place that balances such high volume with genuine efficiency and quality. A huge shout out to Bill, who was fantastic to work with—he was professional, honest, and made the whole process seamless. Finding a shop you can trust with a high-end vehicle is tough, but these guys are the real deal. Fair pricing, stellar communication, and dealership-level expertise without the astronomical prices. Had an early morning appointment, and when I got their car was first put into the service area to be
worked on. They did more checks while the car was in the service area and found that the cabin filters and the air filters for the engine needed to be changed also and that the battery was starting to get on the weak side. I agreed to have those items taken care of while the car was in service. I felt the repair center was honest people and the service manager kept me well informed on each step as it was going.
