I took my 2013 Accord in yesterday, as it had just started making a metal on metal noise the day befo
re. I did not have an appointment, but came in when it opened and left my car. I got a call a little over an hour later with the diagnosis and estimate, sounded fair and got all four brakes done and the car was ready by 2pm. Great service and I could feel the improvement in handling (and no sound) while driving home. Highly recommend Brake Force for your brake needs!

Certainly not as expensive as dealership. So far all work has been good and lasted, no need to return
for extras. When they suggest other work you feel it is a suggestion and feel comfortable saying no. Appreciate that

ce. I smelled gas coming from my vehicle and took it in for repair. It needed a new fuel pump and I was hoping to pick it up by Wednesday, December 31. Unfortunately they discovered some other issues during replacement of the fuel pump and could not complete the work until Monday, January 5. Knowing I needed a car for upcoming appointments, they graciously gave me a loaner car at no charge. I was so grateful! And my car was ready on Monday, January 5. Peter’s is a family owned business and they treat their clients like part of their family. I trust them completely.

Very accommodating. They go above and beyond what you would expect when it comes to figuring out prob
lems and meeting needs. Took truck into My Auto for oil change and after hearing the noise that I was going into dealership the next day for warranty diagnosis/repair, it was recommended that I wait for the oil change in case the dealership service dept might want to inspect or analyze the oil. That is an example of caring more about what is in best interest of customer and vehicle than making money on a scheduled service appt.
