Twice now, once with my wife’s Mercedes and just yesterday with my 2018 Tundra, my problem turned out to be minor, required their time and diagnosis but no parts, and they refused to charge me.

I like this place a lot, I’ve come here multiple times now and they have done good work. Only complai
nt really is that I was told it would be 45 mins, then 2 hours later the car was brought into the shop. Then the part to fix it had to come in later in the day and the car wasn’t ready until the next morning. Overall still great service but I would’ve appreciated a more accurate time estimate.
