gure out, and they diagnosed it right away. Luis and his team were super honest, walked me through everything, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs like other places do. The pricing was fair, and the work was done on time. Bonus: their “no mansplaining” policy is real—I finally felt respected at a repair shop. Vegas from Phoenix. He got me in ASAP Monday and Had me rolling same day. Broke down again (different problem) at 1030pm. This great business owner. Came and got me off the 303 and even gave me his truck to drive home. He fixed it next day and I'm I'm Vegas. Truly a class act shop and above and beyond customer service. Oh. ndout. Called on a Monday morning and immediately get a response. Matt didn’t have the batteries needed but would check. He called back a half hour later, had the batteries and said come on in.
It wasn’t a bad or hard job. BUT… I was very impressed with how quickly he handled it on a Monday morning and his overall attitude. Plus and I sat there waiting for the batteries to go in I was constantly asking questions about diesel engines. He sat down and answered every question. I was very impressed. Hard to find that kind of service anymore.
