I called in the morning and brought the van in at 2 pm. Within 30 minutes they called with a review w
ith the issue and the excpected cost. By 4 they called to say the van was done. When I arrived the cost was $50 less then the quote. That was an unexpected surprise. I will be sure to choose PACE again for our auto repairs. It is a bonus when they have a kind and knowledeable person working the phones. A+ service
