When I walked in the door, I was greeted by name (on my very first visit), and with a smile! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The waiting area is very clean, and they have snacks and water as well. I got a clear run down of how my inspection went & a timeline to help me keep up with preventive maintenance in the future. First Choice Automotive is aptly named because they should be your first choice when considering auto
repairs. I find them to be conscientious and capable - from the office staff (Alli and Mack) to the technicians. They are timely and committed to excellent service. During my last visit (for radius bushings, tie rod ends, etc.) they noticed that the service engine light was illuminated and checked it out and cleared the old error codes (even though I had forgot to ask them to do so). I appreciate their professionalism and excellent service. Their deisel mechanics are top notch. Though not immediately germane to this review, it is noteworthy that this is a family owned and operated business and every member of their family is exemplary, kind, and high achieving. The kind of people you would value as a friend. I highly recommend their services to you.
