I am a single woman in my late 60s, who knows nothing about cars. He could have told me my car needed a multitude of things, and I would have blindly gone along. But he has never done that in all the years that I’ve been there. He lets you know upfront what is needed, what can be put off until a later date, and what the cost will be. I appreciate that very much.
