We were travelling from Colorado to New Branunfels when we developed a radiator leak on December 28th
in Lubbock.
Initially, we were going to rent a car to continue our trip and pick up our truck on the way back to Colorado, but Brandon's "squeezed" us into their shop and assured us the repairs would be done by 3 PM and they were.
In addition, their staff drove us to lunch, while we waited for the repairs to be completed.
We enjoyed the balance of our trip without incident due to Brandon's profressionalism and prompt service.
If I lived in the Lubbock area, Brandon's would unequivocally be my "go to shop" for auto & truck repairs.

My car had turned off and key was stuck in the ignition. Was told that my battery was dead a needed
a new one. Bought a battery, then found out the cable to my battery was no good and the battery couldn't be installed. Called Mr fix it, He sent a guy to jump my car (I was only a few blocks away). The guy literally came in like two minutes! Although they were very busy, they managed to squeeze me in, looked at my car, fixed the cable, and got me back on the road the same day all for a very respectable price. I was blown away by the customer service. They even offered me donuts lol Bonus: I found out I didn't need a new battery and took it back and got my money back! Highly recommend this place. Thx Mr Smith, the nice lady there and Donald for the help!

always, a perfect experience, meaningful conversation about my auto with the tech, and a cost that was exactly what I had expected. Thanks for taking care of my Porsche, Moose, and for going above and beyond by safe checking a lot of stuff that wasn't on the list. Much appreciated.
