Truly spectacular customer service and incredibly thorough job. I took my 2012 Subaru Forester in for
an oil leak and they provided a highly detailed, comprehensive inspection on the entire car, including images of my vehicle's problem areas and videos explaining the issues and how those parts work--all at no extra cost. They were upfront about costs and offered fair prices (and even discounts). They communicated every step of the way, offered genuine advice, and didn't try to upsell me on services. When I mentioned I planned on selling the car soon anyway, they advised to just get the most essential work done rather than spend more money fixing up something I didn't plan on keeping long. They even offered to drive me home after dropping my car off for repairs--again, at no extra cost. I'll definitely be returning to these guys for all future repairs and inspections.

As a gear head, having a reputable shop with honest people is an absolute must. Couple this with high
expectations and a mechanical background, finding a service center is a challenge.
I had P3 install a new clutch and perform an alignment as well some ancillary items for me in my Volvo C30. They came in right at their estimate, ensured all items were properly performed and corrected a random clunk that came up. (Suspected strut tower repositioned while on the lift).
Andrea is pleasant with a good sense of humor and is knowledgeable in how to be a qualified service writer.
Their technician was more than happy to answer all my questions prior to the service and after the service.
It has been a few days after picking up the car and I have driven the car HARD… without a single issue.
When the occasion calls for it, I will use P3 again.
