Fantastic experience all around. We had been shopping around for a new car for a few days and were st
ruggling to find the right fit both for a car and a dealership. We had been to a different dealership in town the night before and they didn't seem to have any real interest in selling us a car. When we pulled up to College Station Hyundai though Jared met us with a smile (even though it was almost 100°) and had us test driving cars in no time. Once we knew what we wanted we moved inside and our kids were able to use their play area while we did finance applications. During that time the entire dealership staff made us feel welcomed, even with 3 kids. The receptionist went above and beyond not only with us but with everyone that walked in the door as well. Once it was time to sign papers we went back with the sales manager Murray and closed out our experience on a high note. In the course of a few hours we went from discouraged with our lack of progress to the proud owners of a 2025 vehicle. I cannot recommend College Station Hyundai and our salesman Jared enough.

e to get a hold of a woman named Nila. She is one of the sweetest most patient person I have ever encountered. It is so hard nowadays to receive that type of customer service especially in Miami Florida. I wish I could give her 100 stars. She is precious and a wonderful asset to have for a company if her team members treat, their customers with no regard, I can only imagine the treatment she receives. They do not deserve her. It is because of her I am giving this dealership 10 stars the 10 stars belongs to her and only her.

I needed 6 spark plug change and received a price quote which was hundreds less than other mechanics
gave. I called back to ask if quote was for 4, rather than 6 plugs. They confirmed it was for 6 plugs so I scheduled appointment. When I arrived for appointment, I asked Gary to confirm before doing the work. He reviewed it and said it was wrongly quoted and should be much higher, but he would make it right for me.
