d and made some suggestions that were exactly what I needed. She made this whole experience so comfortable. That's a lot of money to spend but I didn't feel so bad spending it knowing I was getting a good car, with good service and an especially wonderful salesperson. they fixed the electrical system failure within 24 hours
the iccu controlling ac and dc flows for both the main battery and the 12-volt battery on my new car
failed on a thursday night. on friday morning i made an appointment for 1pm that afternoon. the car was towed to haselwood. i got a call from joel in the service dept telling me they received the car and would start on it that afternoon and he would let me know how it went. a little after 6pm joel called to say they understood the problem and had the replacement iccu in hand. i was notified before noon on saturday that the car was ready to go.
