Chris and Wendy really went above and beyond for my last two service issues. They put me in a loaner
even though I was out of warranty and worked closely with my extended warranty company so that I didn't have any additional out of pocket expenses. This wasn't the case at the closest Genesis dealer. I'm from Butler and drive the extra miles to get the white glove service that was provided. Do yourself a favor and go the distance with them. It's worth the drive!
