First time visit to Santos as the mechanic at my prvious shop retired. Just an oil change for a 12 y
ear old Audi.
I made an appointment for the service since I am the only driver in my household and I wanted to wait for service. I was given a 1pm appointment on Friday and I arrived 10 minutes early. There were mechanics busy in the shop, but the two counter women were still at lunch and the man behind the counter said I needed to wait for their return. So I was not served until 1:15, an annoyance.
Oil change seems fine and the price was reasonable.
While waiting for an hour and a half, I saw what were obviously many long time customers, and the counter ladies treated everyone with respect and helpfulness. I probably will return.
