uring these sub-zero temperatures, and I am so glad I did. My vehicle is 14 years old and still has its original factory parts, so "bringing it back to life" was no small feat.
The "Triple Threat" team—Rebecca, Jason, and Mo—were incredible. Because of the age of my car, we hit a few hiccups during the repairs, but the way they handled those challenges was world-class:
Going the Extra Mile: They offered me transportation home while they worked.
True Compassion: When my car needed to stay an extra night for parts, I was worried about missing a doctor’s appointment I had booked 8 months ago. Rebecca actually offered to be my personal driver to make sure I didn't miss it. Just knowing that offer was on the table gave me so much relief.
Consistency: The staff at the oil change side are just as great—5 out of 5 stars. I am a repeat customer, and no matter how much time passes between visits, they remain attentive and stand firmly behind their work.
