My appointment was handled very promptly. Technicians were knowledgeable and professional in all aspe
cts.
They provided a thorough and complete explanation of what was completed and on my truck, this information was documented and provided with my receipt.
I felt very comfortable with the service provided by this business, and will not hesitate to recommend them.

I had a surprise tire blow out on the way downtown and I pulled into Central Alabama Auto. The staff
was able to help me out with my spare promptly. My vehicle wasn't what they normally serviced, but they were kind enough to give directions to a nearby tire service center. My thanks!

I took my F-350 to a Bremerton Ford dealer to have a recall performed. On the way home the check eng
ine light came on. The Ford dealer said it wasn't their problem and wanted $2300 to fix it. I took the truck to the Flying Wrench. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the communication with them was excellent. The repair was done within a few days.
The dealer wanted $2300 to fix the problem they caused (failure to hook up a hose in the diesel exhaust fluid system, which caused DEF to stream out of the tank). Flying Wrench identified the issue and fixed it for $537. They also prepared the right documentation for me to recover the cost of the repair from the Ford dealer.

I am a business owner and have several trucks. I have been going here for well over a decade. Every t
ime I have had a problem they treated me like I was their only customer and I know they're always busy. Their prices are very fair, their work is good and they stand behind it. Couldn't really ask for more.

Shawn at Gary’s Automotive is awesome. He drove me back to work and helps diagnose a problem and is
working on getting a part warrantied even though he did not originally install the part. They have gone above and beyond to help me.
