Story here: I had been looking in Las Vegas for a garage that service Gasoline Direct Engine valve cleaning. Gasoline Direct Injection engine cars, like mine in the 2016 Ford Escape with a 1.6 litre ecoboost engine, have issues.with carbon build-up on the valves. I had searched for a garage in the Las Vegas Henderson area. Having researched the methods to clean the valves and having experience with induction cleaning services, the correct way to clean is by using a walnut shell scouring method that is safe and effective. Dealerships in Las Vegas don't have it. I had to travel to Boulder City NV to get it done. 70 percent of cars have GDI engines: one garage in ALL Las Vegas had the service or were puzzled at my request for the service.
I was fortunate to find Curts Garage in Boulder City.
