in car sales. He was honest, knowledgeable, and helpful in all phases of our purchase. He got us an agreeable price on our trade-in car which helped in the down payment. Two days later I returned to the dealership for further assistance with a vehicle systems question and Carter was again very helpful. Overall it was a smooth process. We Trust Mr. Tim and his workers with the auto repairs we have needed on our 2014 Nisson Versa and ou
r 2002 Ford ranger XLT. A few weeks ago we needed repairs on the Versa. Tim and his workers were reliable, courteous, efficient, fair with pricing and discussed every aspect of what needed to be done with us before doing the work and we ended up saving money by getting a few things done all at once. You can trust this shop to be reliable. My husband won't go anywhere else. Today we put in his truck and they fixed what was wrong. It is running. We were able to take the Versa down to Virginia and on our way home pick up some mulch in the pickup truck. Nice to have things running smoothly again. I brought my wife’s car in for service. She had front bumper and headlight damage and needed it repai
red to pass inspection. The service manager Lindsey was very helpful as I have no knowledge of cars! They were able to repair it in one day and even saved me money by fixing the dent in the bumper instead of having to buy a new one! Just had a great experience at with Tony & Fix Auto Aurora. After getting a quote of almost $1,000 fr
om the dealer to repair fairly minor cosmetic damage, I got a second quote from Tony. Using some solvent in the parking lot, he almost perfectly repaired the scratch/scuff. No charge. In a category where the consumer really needs to trust their service provider, these guys delivered HUGE! Big thanks!
