When our hydraulic jack line on our Class A motorhome blew en route, I called and they were ready to
take us in next day. We were unable to get here so we scheduled next business day. The took us in at 0830 and had us back on the road by noon of the SAME day! Fast! Reliable! Informative! I would highly recommend these people. Thank you guys SO much!

Frank and his wife both are nice people.My van was making noise .Frank and team replaced break pad a
nd rotors.It took them 1 hr extra as the callipers were rusted but did not charge extra for that.Frank explained me in detail what was done. In general it was great experience.

ch left the back of my car totaled. They even helped me with a minor repair (reattachment of plastic around rear view side mirror) when I had found damaged several days later--my special thanks to Carl who took time out of his schedule and made this repair happen. They made sure I understood the nature of the original repair and how long it would take. The front staff were also excellent and very compassionate given my situation. Would highly recommend.

t. Misty, Melissa, and (I think it's) Kayla at the front desk are very friendly and informative. I'm very glad we chose to take my car to Bob's for the insurance repair. Misty made us feel comfortable about the process from the start. My only suggestion to them is to provide more proactive communication. When Misty asked if texting was OK I expected a bit more of a running update to the overall progress which would have been appreciated since I had no real idea of what to expect concerning the timeline.

I brought my old 2009 F-150 ranch truck from SD out to WA to use when I visited family. Even with 135
,000 miles it still looks darn good except for some rusting panels under the doors and across the back end (so much for salting winter roads). Decided to see about getting it fixed while I was visiting again and a friend told me to take it to Bjorneby's in Federal Way as they are one of the few shops willing to do stupid little jobs like this. They were very nice, gave me a reasonable time and cost estimate, and with a shake of the hand, I left it with them. When the job was done, I was astonished. The truck looked like new and the final cost with tax was less than the reasonable estimate. I am more than pleased. Good people, good work, good price. What more can I say?
