reenway, Phil Smith was knowledgeable and sincere. We like honesty and integrity and felt that was obvious. The sales staff in general is pleasant and it appears to be a happy work environment, which also indicates a good thing. We were able to test drive several cars and Phil came along and was able to point out many features of each car. We appreciate when a sales person "LISTENS" to our likes, dislikes and needs.
