The Service team at Parker Subaru is very professional and this time as I went in for my new Subaru 6
month service they did not disappoint. I was able to take advantage of a rental (a small fee) for the day just because I needed to work and do some other errands but the service was completed as they promised within the hour! Any other day I would have waited in their comfy lounge. Thanks again for being so pleasant.

John was great. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easy to work with. The price they cam
e up with for our trade-in was right inline with what I was expecting. When he came up with the price of the car and I countered, he was empowered to go to the computer and figure out the lowest price on his own without having to go to a manager or get someone else involved. Finance still took a long time, but that was no surprise. I would go here again for sure.
