Courteous, Fast Service Turned a Stressful Breakdown Around
The battery on my 2018 Outback died suddenly mid-day on a Friday. I called the service department, th
ey confirmed battery availability and were able to schedule a repair/replacement right away. A family member was with me and the moment we drove in ( after a jump start) they remarked on the courteousness of all the staff, the detail of care they showed and the efficiency of just the "check-in". Apparently, there are dealership service departments in this area that do NOT make their customer feel valued and appreciated. My car was returned to me with new battery in less than an hour. The service staff helped make a stressful situation far easier than I anticipated.

John was great. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easy to work with. The price they cam
e up with for our trade-in was right inline with what I was expecting. When he came up with the price of the car and I countered, he was empowered to go to the computer and figure out the lowest price on his own without having to go to a manager or get someone else involved. Finance still took a long time, but that was no surprise. I would go here again for sure.
