Took my 2019 MB GLE 400 to Bert's for a scheduled maintenance stop this week. Carey did a great job
ensuring that all points of the program were correctly addressed according to the manual specs. This business has integrity in that all parts are reviewed and replaced as necessary. Unlike some shops which replace parts regardless of good or like new condition. Everything was fully explained and the cost was very reasonable. This is why I have been with Bert's since moving to San Antonio in 2015.

g condition. They always to a great job of inspection, looking for potential problems. Today they found one and corrected it before failure, a pinion gear seal. Great work. Great people.
