, Moe was welcoming and made me feel comfortable as someone very new to this area. The team was communicative every step of the way, keeping me informed throughout the entire process.
The shop itself was clean, well organized, with fun signage, and employees were friendly as they passed by. The work was completed efficiently and in a timely manner, which I really appreciated.
After I paid, Ariel thoughtfully folded my receipt and reminded me to keep it in my glove compartment since the service is guaranteed for a year— such a small but meaningful gesture! As I left, I was warmly told to have a nice day, which truly reflected their excellent customer service.
