I came in with an oil leak caused by another repair shop breaking a part, and after shopping around,
most places were very short and dismissive. Austin at Grand Automotive was the complete opposite. He went above and beyond to show me exactly what was wrong with my car, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. His honesty, transparency, and diligence really stood out. It was such a relief to finally feel confident and informed about my car. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely be coming back.
