I needed a shop that could work on my new Mini Cooper JCW, including high performance work. When I st
opped by the shop to check it out, I was immediately impressed by the friendly and welcoming attitude of the owner. The work areas were immaculate which is the first thing I consider when evaluating a shop, and there were many high end cars being worked on.
I brought the car in to install lowering springs, and do an initial oil change.
All the work was done professionally and the work was completed as scheduled. They are not the cheapest but I want top notch work, and they delivered. Both the owner and the service writer made it a point to thank me for my business, which tells me they understand that the most valuable asset in their business is the customer.

around on my transmission repair, fair pricing, and superb customer service. I brought in my car for a transmission issue that had been bothering me for weeks. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in detail, and fixed it promptly.
The best part? It genuinely feels like I'm working with a family friend - Mike keeps your best interests in mind and is clear when offering solutions. Even when I had to opt for a short-term solution to get me back on the road, he explained the pros and cons so I could make an informed decision (and know what I can expect in the future).
