riendly, informative and will go out of their way to help you. Bob (the owner) has been such a blessing to work with. The first day I met him, he did not only what I wanted to get done but also pointed out things with my car that I had no idea needed to get replaced.
They talk to you like you're a human being, not just someone to make money off of.

I was a promptly greeted by Dennis the moment I arrived at the lot. He soon showed me a few vehicles
that fit my criteria, and set up two for me to test drive. Dennis gave some valuable input and I decided on the Honda CR-V. After signing some quick paperwork, I waited a bit—but not too long—for financing to go through. All was well, and I was able to pick up my vehicle the very next business day—again, greeted by Dennis’s welcoming smile as he handed me the keys. I would recommend Modern Auto for a quality used vehicle, without much fuss!

I broke down half way to Canada and knew nothing about this area or cars which was very stressful. St
eve at rays auto went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and taken care of and assured I’d be back on the road asap. Even offered me a place to stay at the shop and helped me with a hotel nearby. They quickly found the issue and ordered a part and got me back on the road, worked with me on the price and explained every step of the way. I am forever grateful for this experience, this is how everyone deserves to be treated in a bind. Can’t thank them enough.

Roger and Paul have always done a terrific job with my tire related issues and my recent visit for a
punctured tire was no different. They're always busy but still greet in a friendly manner, they get the information needed to do the work correctly, and in my experience completed work when they promise.

bout a week later, the light came on again. The new part was defective and it was immediately replaced.
