If it were not for him I would not have known about this place. I bring all of my vehicles here as well as refer all my family and friends. Jim is a real people person and forms/retains good customer relationships, and clearly leads by example, he shows an excellent example to staff, specifically Joe, Christian; and the rest of the crew; they all are very friendly and customer oriented.
