My sales consultant was Philip Mai. Philip was well-informed, courteous and personable. He greeted m
e in the lot and was is Interested in what I was looking for and never pushy, but was able to answer my questions. He offered to show me the features of the Juke that I was interested in. He let me move at my own pace and respected my need to have my wife come and look at the car. He and I talked by telephone several times and as we got closer to the final transaction he was, again, never pushed or pressured us. He let us make the decision and as we needed to speak with the manager about the the deal, compromises and the closing, he backed off and let the manager do his job. Once I had made the decision to purchase the car he continued to work with us on having the car prepped and helping me when I had left my garage door opener in the old car. He went out of his way to track down the old car and retrieve the garage door opener. I feel very strongly that Philip was one of the best salesman I have purchased a car from over the past 50 years. Got me in quick when my car broke down driving across the state!
I had one day of car issues in Spokane WA but both Ford Dealerships in town told me I couldn't be see
n until "mid next week". My 2010 Ford Escape was still running and no service light had turned on so I attempted the drive across the state back to Issaquah the next day. It started acting up again and a service light came on 20 miles from Moses lake, I called and they were able to look at my car that day if I could get there safely. When I arrived around 10am they welcomed me with friendly smiles walking in the door and pulled my car into the garage within 10 minutes of arriving. They were wonderful to myself and my large dog for the entire stay, diagnosing the problem and quoting a price within an hour. They had one replacement part in stock and although they told me my car would be road ready by 2 or 3pm that day they got me out by 1:30, before they closed early due to poor air quality! My car is new to me and this is my first experience bringing it to a Ford dealership but I would absolutely go back for any service in the future they were amazing!
