When I arrived, the service manager, William was welcoming and immediately got the servicing of my vehicle started, and provided me their wifi password while waiting in their customer waiting area, which had very comfortable seating. They finished the servicing before the estimated time given and I was out the door with my receipt in hand within an hour of arriving. They also quoted me for a spark plug replacement job I requested and their quote was less than two other bids I received. So, I set a new appt. for that job with them as well. My first impression is they offer quality service with a smile. I could not have been happier.

I was recommended through a coworker to meet Mike Murphy and start looking for a truck to pull our 13
k lbs trailer. Mike spent weeks looking at thousands of GMC 1ton pickups for us. In the end we switched gears on him and bought and Dodge 3500. My salesman was great. Very responsive to my concerns, especially in light of the chip shortage resul
ting in a vehicle shortage. Different from many dealerships they were not asking for added dealer markup. They sold the Santa Cruz for MSRP. And I did not have to suffer through hours of sitting at a desk while my salesman had to go speak to a manager. Most of the tedious paperwork was done online. Even the finance guy was really good. He listened to me, offered me various options but there was no painful hard sell. I would certainly buy another car from them in the future, maybe an electric Ioniq 6. Worth the 30 minute drive away from the various automobile rows in San Jose, Santa Clara and Fremont, all who wanted a $3,000 to $5,000 mark up.
